The Retail Customer Care Awareness course covers topics that are important to get a basic understanding of delivering excellent Customer Care in a retail environment. The course is designed to help retailers increase revenue through excellent customer care.
The six main topics covered are: Customer Focus, Courtesy, Credibility, Communication, Competence and Consistency. It also covers the financial importance of Good Customer Care to a business as well as touching on topics such as up selling and cross selling.
Whilst the focus of this course is on the importance of Customer Care Awareness in retail business, the course ca also be taken by people in any B2C customer care environment.

This course contains “on the job” real life simulations that students must answer correctly in order to “unlock” the self-assessment at the end of training. The real-life simulations themselves do not count towards the final examination marks but simply give you an idea of how you are doing. There is also an online certification exam at the very end. In successfully passing the final certification exam you will be issued with a certificate from Dulann Donegal.
The course can be taken at any time and any place so all that is required is an internet connection and a computer. Completing the course will use approximately 15MB of data which is roughly the same as watching a 5-minute YouTube video.
You do not have to complete the online course in one sitting and you can also break it into small chunks if you wish. Should you have to leave the course unexpectedly, it will remember where you were the last time you left it. how long it takes you to complete the online course in Retail Customer Care Awareness really depends on you, but 60-70 minutes is a good guideline.
