Waterfront Hotel – Inis Spa

Acting as PSCS, we are ensuring the safe and timely delivery of the redevelopment of this much loved Hotel, overlooking the beautiful Wild Atlantic Way.

Our role on site includes site safety auditing, full site safety monitoring, chairing regular supply chain partner meetings and coordinating the operations of a number of specialist sub contractors on site.

At the clients request we have taken full control of this site to ensure the safety and health of not only the staff involved in the construction phase but also the safety of local residents and patrons using the hotel and its facilities.

Tully Quarry Biogas Facility Ballymena

Partnered with the Main Civil Engineering Contractor and other Supply Chain Partners we provide Site Audit and Consultancy Services on this landmark green energy project.

This project is the first of it’s kind in Europe and will be the only poultry litter powered power plant in Europe when completed

Diswellstown Housing Project Dublin

Engaged by the Property Developer to assist sub contractors on this large housing project in the Dublin Suburbs.

Here we provide audit, consultancy and training services to a number of subcontractors on site ensuring that the site runs safely and effective safety  management is achieved

Non-Experienced Forklift

To provide forklift training course participants with the knowledge and skills to enable operatives to use the forklift in a safe manner.
